Welcome To The 1199 Training & Upgrading Fund.

The New England Health Care Employees Union, District 1199 and the Connecticut Nursing Homes Training and Upgrading Fund provides educational opportunities for 1199 members from 37 nursing homes, and one residential facility, throughout the state of Connecticut.

Tuition Reimbursement Learning Centers     Close to 200 members attended our 3rd Annual CNA Conference in October 2004. Nationally known speakers gave great workshops focusing on ‘communication skills’. If you would like to attend next fall’s conference, let us know!
