1199NE Training & Upgrading Fund SMS Terms of Service
1. Program Description
By opting in to receive SMS messages from 1199NE Training & Upgrading Fund (“TUF”), you agree to receive recurring text messages to the mobile number you provided. Messages may include updates, reminders, training opportunities, event notifications, and other information related to TUF programs and services.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary. You may receive targeted messages weekly (or more frequently as needed) and general informational messages a few times per month. Click HERE to OPT IN to our SMS Messaging if you haven't already!
3. Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message from us. After sending “STOP,” you will no longer receive SMS messages from TUF. If you wish to rejoin, you can opt in again through any of our enrollment channels.
